  • successfully submitted the interest to sponsor form between October 13 and November 3, 2020, and
  • lost your confirmation number or have a question about your invitation status.

To complete this form, use the same information that you submitted on the interest to sponsor form.

We’ll let you know within 10 business days what your confirmation number is and if you were invited to submit a complete application.

If you e-mailed us a correction to the email address you submitted on the interest to sponsor form, submit the updated email address (not the address you submitted first).

Provide the same document number of the proof of status in Canada you uploaded with your interest to sponsor form.
